Add contact to a caller group

To add contacts to a caller group, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Scroll to and select Groups.
4. Select the desired group.
5. Select Options.
6. Scroll to and select Add member.
7. Scroll to and check the contacts you want to add.
8. Select Add.

Create a caller group

To create caller groups, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Scroll to and select Groups.
4. Select Options.
5. Scroll to and select Add new group.
6. Enter a name for the group.
7. Select Options.
8. Select Save.

Picture ID – Set to caller group

To assign an image to a caller group, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Scroll to and select Groups.
4. Select the desired group.
5. Select Options.
6. Scroll to and select Group settings.
7. Scroll to and select Picture.
8. Scroll to and select the desired file and select the image you want to use.
9. Select Options.
10. Scroll to and select Select.
11. Select Options.
12. Scroll to and select Save.

Ringer ID – Set to caller group

To assign a distinctive ringtone to a caller group, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Scroll to and select Groups.
4. Select the desired group.
5. Select Options.
6. Scroll to and select Group settings.
7. Scroll to and select Ringtone.
8. Scroll to and select the desired file and select the ringtone you want to use.
9. Select Add.
10. Select Options.
11. Scroll to and select Save.

Copy contacts manually

To manually copy contacts using Mobile Backup, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Select Options.
4. Scroll to and select Mobile backup.
5. Scroll to and select Last sync.
6. Select Sync.

View synchronization settings

To view T-Mobile Contacts synchronization settings, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Select Options.
4. Scroll to and select Mobile backup.
5. Scroll to and select Last sync.
6. View the T-Mobile Contacts synchronization settings.

Add contact to phone book

To add a new phone book entry to the internal memory, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Scroll to and select Add new contact.
4. Enter the contact’s first name.
5. Scroll down to enter additional contact information.
6. When finished, select Options.
7. Scroll to and select Save.

Add contact to SIM

To add a new contact entry to the SIM card phone book, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Scroll to and select Add new contact.
4. Enter the contact’s first name.
5. Scroll down to enter additional contact information.
6. When finished, select Options.
7. Scroll to and select Save.
8. Select Options.
9. Scroll to and select Copy to SIM card.
   Note: The expanded SIM cards can store up to 508 contacts; each entry can consist of one name, three phone numbers, and one email address. Legacy SIM cards can store up to 254 contacts; each entry can consist of one name and one phone number.

Assign speed dial to contact

To assign a contact to speed dial, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Scroll to and select Speed dial.
4. Scroll to and select a number.
5. Select Assign.
6. Scroll to and select the desired contact.
7. Select Select.

Copy contact – Import/export from SIM card

To copy contacts between the device memory and the SIM card, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Scroll to and select Contacts.
4. Scroll to and select the contact you want to save to the SIM card.
5. Select Options.
6. Scroll to and select Copy to SIM card or Copy to phone.
7. Scroll to and select Selected.

Copy contact – Import/export from SD card

Delete contact

To delete contacts from the device memory, follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select People.
3. Scroll to and select Contacts.
4. Scroll to and select the desired contact.
5. Select Options.
6. Scroll to and select Delete.
7. Select Yes to confirm.
